Responsible for TPM implementation for equipment installation, maintenance and repair. Responsible for all aspects of design, installation, operation, construction and protection of physical facilities.Specific DutiesRESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY1.Implements and maintains procedural and computer systems for Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) of all production equipment and related Operational Excellence (OPEX) standards.2.Directs the maintenance and repair of manufacturing and process equipment.3.Supervises the activities of technical personnel, skilled workers and contractors to achieve efficient and effective maintenance operations.4.Participates in equipment selection and directs the installation of new equipment; SPA for equipment disposal.5.Directs facility projects and maintenance; reviews and approves all facility-related expenses. Prepares documents needed for approval of facility capital project funds.6.Responsible for facility compliance to applicable regulatory codes.7.Orders equipment repair parts and supplies.
